Kathy Rudolph Petrino loves to write about her frequent travels in part because she is so generous. Of course, she wants to visit as many destinations as possiblewhile she’s here. She not only wants to have fun herself, but by sharing her travel experiences with others, she feels she can help others enjoy the same travel experiences. Kathy Rudolph Petrino wants as many people as possible to have as much fun as she does, so she writes about every aspect of every trip, including all details about all of her favorite destinations.

One of Kathy Rudolph Petrino’s favorite destinations is New Orleans, Louisiana. Whether you refer to it by it’s given name or by its nickname, “The Big Easy,” the image conjures great images. While the city has had hard times, there is still plenty of life to New Orleans. That life makes it a great place to visit and much different than most. The first thing most people notice are the scents, which come from the constant preparation of French-inspired Creole and Cajun food. The city’s motto is “Laissez les bons temps rouler!” (“Let the good times roll!”), which is obvious, given the sounds wafting through the New Orleans air, including the live jazz and blues in the clubs and from the street performers who appear nearly every block.
